![]() Our suite was clean, quiet, spacious and was equipped with all the amenities that should allow for a comfortable stay. ![]() It is the little extras that make this hotel special. Homewood Suites seems to empower their employees to go above and beyond to make decisions to meet the client's varied needs. Jeanette was friendly and went out of her way to insure we had a positive experience. She exemplified an example of great customer service She checked us in. It was a horrible experience.Jeanette, is the first thing that comes to mind. One person in our party called for a concern and was met with a flustered woman who, instead of helping her, complained about the fact that she was alone. ![]() We had planned to swim but upon seeing the cloudy green water, decided against it. No one had any information on the shuttle, guest bags, or even basic hotel information. The staff was of no help at any point in time. Hours later when they were fixed, the elevator would drop when it stopped and often went to the wrong floors. I have an ankle injury and nearly fell down the stairs trying to get down the four flights. On Saturday afternoon, the elevator broke. The bridal suite, 401 had numerous roaches, beetles and spiders as we got ready. ![]() We called various times for an extra sheet and blanket and were provided with nothing. There were no pillows and when we called down, we were informed that there were none. ![]() One of the sheets had what looked like a semen stain connecting two points of the sheet. There was only two sheets and a blanket for the pullout couch bed. Not a single room had any hand soap, which just begins to touch upon the lack of cleanliness. I was there for a wedding and was in and out of many of the rooms. The lobby, hallways and elevators were stiflingly hot. Upon arriving, the system was down and we were unable to check-in. ![]()
